Working environment is good but and salary comes on time

Management and no job security, they will not tell you how to do work just throw you in the field and ask to do work by yourself only. Everything is delayed and no support from HO at any cost.

Nothing because I worked with many universities ICFAI is beat for students and employee as well...So you can say "Sab badhiya hai"

Work-life balance. Freedom. Timely payment nof salary. Transparency in salary reviews.

Lacks corporate vision. Dubious customer practices and outdated products. All management positions filled with retired people who are pursuing their second or third innings, they lack idea about what is going on with the world and have aversion to change.

I am final year student and I felt there's great practise of favouritism done by the faculty. Deserving potential holders are left behind and only students who are good at buttering are rewarded.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like about. It's just faculty is working for salary and students are pursuing degrees just for sake of taking degree. No value addition.
