Compensation is okay, But their is no growth at all.Boss is showing his attitude and hurting on self respect.their ia no job training for fresher, their is no motivation/ appreciation mails from reporting manger.

There is nothing which I liked working in this organisation.

Dislikes

No corporate culture. Lot of corruption, with corporate money being pocketed by senior people and trying to corrupt juniors by giving them some part of it. Don't know what the senior management is doing. Please do not plan to join this organisation. It is sheer waste of time and energy. You will not learn anything.

Dislikes

Professionalism is not upto the mark!. Work life balance is not defined. No hierarchical organisation, Branch is working decentralised without upward surveillance from the head main office.
