The leadership and the entire team is very supportive of each other. They make it very comfortable for the associates to settle down - be it a new hire or an associate moving between projects. The Leadership provides absolute clarity on the Organization's goals and objectives, and how it wants to achieve including how the teams will be enabled to achieve those goals. Unlike other Organizations where leaders press the peddle hard for immediate gains failing to look at longer term goals, Leaders at ICF have absolute clarity on when to peddle faster and when to slow down, analyze situation, make changes and adopt.

Dislikes

Sometimes beauracracy kicks in at wrong times slowing things down and the entire momentum losing steam! But then this is known and steps are taken to correct and move forward

Likes

Great opportunity with almost no restrictions on technical knowledge and experimentation with respect to any debugging. With internet access open at the office, we are able to explore multiple arenas and fix issues.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is not good as work comes anytime and there is no strict policies to the work timing. No soft skill training as direct client interaction impacts the brand name.

Normalised behaviours of working with no break, until late and over weekends for zero compensation. High stress and everyone is so busy there's little to no support or onboarding. Severe lack of diversity in top management team, who only see bottom lines and strategy, not humans
