Work life balance sucks , no job security you may get fired tommorow, overloading people with work and tight deadlines . Firing people instead of hiring so work load increasing

Salary has been on time, always. During Covid-19, there was no deduction and there was support for everything.

Dislikes

They just don't want to answer when they'll go for IPO, people are holding lots of ESOPs but there hasn't been any buyback since a long time now. It's a startup yet acts like a MNC.

Nothing, all bad experiences.This is a typical Indian company which give you Rs 1 and expects that employee should give back Rs 1000 in no time . Attrition rate is too high employee job satisfication is zero and it is across hierarchy. Company is growing in a high pace but underlying management planning is pathetic they either dont work or take things very casually and ultimately ground level people suffer and at last they dont have any option other than to leave company.Management and HR are always in denial mode does nothing for sake of employee. They have very fancy policies present on paper but top management has provided a free hand to Project manager ,Directors and Vice President to override these policies.

Dislikes

...round level also anyone approaches to management they are always in denial mode. Company has a tons of dollar negotiate as much as you can to get high package company gives minium 50% hike to new employee but get ready to work 24x7 and under tremendous pressure. Apprisal are pathetic does not give money they give excuses.

Good company with better value's, employee care and better HR policies and work from home policies.

No work life balance, poor compensation based on dependency, few people keep on making progress few people don't grow. Based on project work

... Companies culture and values are good. Sometimes work pressure is too much. Compensation as per market standard. Yes, you hve Job security.
