1. Development team Manager Harbinder is worst person because no one understand his language because project details getting by verbally not by mail so getting project description with wrong guidelines. 2. No Mail communications, only verbal communications so

Bad work culture as there is too much of micromanagement. The management themselves encourage gossip in the office and create a non professional working environment. There was a time when employees were asked to use washrooms in shopping malls as there was not one available in the office premises. Bad company to work in !
