They don't give salary on time About 5-6 Month salary pending and there are no any job or health security for employees. They don't follow GR

HR is so rude he won't ask any problems with employees .

...n icds teacher..There are many reports that we have to make in time you time ... In anganwadi job time is suitable for manage home as well as job work but the salary is low to my profile or capablities... So that's why I want to switch this bcoz I learn and grow in my own academic subject as mca I had passed....

Salary is low Management behaviour to juniors Nothing for growing and learning in thik field No chance for promotion

We Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Place where lot to learn, about government schemes related to children, adolescent, pregnant and lactating women. About government working system etc.

Dislikes

Difficult to get increment etc. because of too much file processing.

It was good working experience in icds department. Learned many new things in this job about the government policy for the common people specially for the women's and children.

Dislikes

It was a fix position job for a candidate.No promotion and no increment. position and promotion can only change by the government officials.
