Sometimes feel working environment is not good as so much over crowdness is felt while working in different sections. Work culture is not good as the work is not distributed evenly among all

It's a Govt Organization. Only one in India offers Capacity Building Programmes for the entire National Agricultural Research and Education System. Good to work at ICAR-NAARM and I am proud of it.

The organization is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work in collaboration.

Dislikes

I do not receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. I did not appreciation for working beyond Office hours and Promotions also in time along with my fellow folks.
