Mostly I like in IBL , this company pay on time & honest for his worker .

Sir if you want ask from me ,what I dislike ,then from my honest view I give you .... ■Company doesn't promote people who r actual good & his attendance very well ,management is very good of IBL but In department mostly people r not honest for company & for good worker ,they see his own benefit, not company. ■nowadays Company giving mostly our work to contractors, & I told you true ,contractors don't delivered good work for our company ,Our values goes down in market.. I have many examples... Normally from contractors directly goes benefit to some greedy officer in our department, Sorry for all my views..but this is true
