IBA CRAFTS PVT. LTD COMPANY IS GOOD AND EMPLOYEES ARE WELL BUT I have many issues by paragon computers like salary issue not increasment and not give time to time salary. They have paid EMI type so I m hrass feel and they don't care

Company Management are like LaLa type corporate governance is nothing very easy hire and fire rule you cannot feel safe job and long-term if you want to spend few months for temporary you can join otherwise waste of time

Full of negativity an charming and optimistic person learn or can transform into a pessimist person. They get know later what he/she became after joining this company but yes like people say's every thing happens for a reason. There are people who truly understand you and give you genuine advice. But hard to find as other don't want you be around those positive souls.

I will say this is the good option only for freshers,gain some work experience and just go for better career growth. But the working culture,job security and other policies are so terrible.

They hire people through out the year, don't maintain hygiene, always have to face struggle while going washroom,can fire you anytime,no salary increment,no job security.
