I like the shity work culture with false core values, no transparency, sudden firing without notice and the biggest like is the HR's doglapan. Worst company to work in and my worst decision to join this company.

Dislikes

...t to raise money like beggers. Would fire you anytime when their work gets over. Don't join this company or else you have to pay for your mistakes as the company will pay you 10k allowance every month as salary lol.

-Some seniors give all there work to junior -Some peoples are pathetic -Some time you need to work on Weekend as well but know one appriceate this -No job security

The work culture is good along with all the colleagues. The consultant they appoint are cheap quality and do not trust the employee. There is too much politics between founders and consultants. Work life balance is poor.

Dislikes

1. No proper trainings 2. No proper career growth. I have seen many people working there for at least three years without any salary hike. 3. Too much politics and micro management by founder Anupam Kulkarni. He will check your daily in out timings. 4. Work environment between colleagues is good as all the colleagues are helpful. 5. They appoint consultant just to harass employees.

- Really good exposure to the new technologies. I got time to explore, learn and grow as a full-stack developer - Management is supportive and understanding. No unnecessary pressure and deadlines - Reward for good performance. I have got good increments right from the first year of completion - Lot of new projects since 2019 and I get a chance to explore the business side and interact with the global customers

Dislikes

- Infrastructure can be improved. Free breakfast and coffees are offered. However, having a coffee machine will be good - Open culture is good but some discipline in terms of reporting will be a good addition
