Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Job security is too much high.Overall is Okay.Some things are negative but some things are positive.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance and there is no salary hike.Appraisal cycles are not on time.Pressure of work is high and there is no Saturday and Sunday.Because customers site work whenever come we will go to site.

Good for learning only. Work culture is like only work is expected no personal life and growth. Even in terms of monetary all experience people will get far less than freshers.
