The company's work process is very interesting and good. Any employee will enjoy the kind of work Ian Martin does.

  • Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Management is pathetic, extraordinarily biased and selfish. Too much micromanagement. They say that they're transparent & open to feedback and suggestions, but they actually target people who speak straightforwardly. They do not recognise the hard work and efforts. No motivation is there and salary increment is too low.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
