Worst place I have ever worked. They don't provide any joining letter or offer letter at the time of joining they says you will get increment after 3 month they don't increase a single penny. on the top of all they keep our 15 days salray as security they give salary on 7th of month so very cleaverly they keep 21 days salray as bondage hense anyone who joined the company won't able to leave it till 7 month including 1 month notice period.on the name of PF they provide us just 480 rs with no employer contribution no interest .In short company has bad ethics zero moral values and worst work culture

Both the Directors are fabulous mentors. If you are good enough to win their confidence, they will help you in growing as a person and a professional both. Rewards are great here to initiate against the challenging strategies. Overall a great place to learn and build your professional base under the guidance of the directors.

Dislikes

Revenue generation is a must for any company. If you are in Sales dept, you have to go through the continuous pressure of Targets here also( Surely, there is no escape for sales ppl anywhere).
