Ivista web solutions is a company where there is absolutely no job security. Employees can be fired for the smallest reasons without any proper explanation. The structure for increment and promotions are completely unfair. Only those who engage in favoritism or "bucket lifting" will get raises and hikes, regardless of their actual performance or contributions to the team.

Forcing employees to give 5 star rating and reviews in Google and other social media handles. Lack of transparency in promotions. Arbitrary firing practices Bucket lifting culture Demotivating Place to work.

Absolutely nothing. It's a place where close to 100 people are waiting for their full & final to be received. The head of the company has zero qualms about not paying his employees.

I recommend anyone who is planning to go there or to any company that is run by its founders to not expect their due payments - in time or anytime ever.
