It was terrible experience at ITech media I worked for 2 months and I got training for 2 days there are sales team people come and shout on your for any single mistake I'm only person who worked for back office finally I took my salary and left this company guys pls don't go

I was working in I-Tech media as selling executive but they are harassing our executive holding there Salary, they are not giving there salary on time and now i left that organisation till now, after resigning from my job we didn't received my Salary

Pathetic work atmosphere, zero professionalism, avenging attitude, no respect, sales and marketing team is so indisciplined and have zero respect to other department. Doesn't let any good employee stay just because they don't like their popularity or their good behaviour. The owner goes blind against all harassment complaints, their hr hide the exit form of people who make negative comments in it. Moreover, they terminate people who file an official complaint on emails against their beloved employees. Poor and cheap mentality of most of the people.
