It will be the most terrible thing to join ir chemical as it has nothing but will destroy your career because it is an illegal company which will not give you joining letter or salary slip which means you have no proof that you have worked over there how much time you spend or not.no pf or esi facility.you may get salary only in vash by hand.whiich probes that it is an illegal company.

You will be sacked any time any moment with out your consent.Be in a month or two or a year.so to join ir chemical is like working with out any security and working under labour class owner Irfan Ahmed
