...udulent company. 2) No work life balance 14-15 hours work Monday to Saturday. 3) Salary like stipend range between 8k - 10k for freshers. 4) Not a good place to start your career as it will mentally effect you in future. As here culture is very toxic you will develop anxiety.

There are multiple projects that you will get chance to work.

Dislikes

They don't have any proper client or customer. There is always crisis situation in the company. Even after working for 12-15 hours daily, there is no appreciation and monetary benefits. Not a good place to work for either a fresher or experience person. They only know how to exploit a resource. Very unethical people.

As soon as you join the company either as fresher or experience, you will be working on main live projects.

Dislikes

No proper planning, no vision, no work satisfaction. You will end up working on same things again and again and when time comes for sale, they will dump the project. No proper customer base. Technology stack used is obsolete. No proper guidence. The new manager in sales is a person with no work ethics, he will pressure people to make false commitments to clients, and then puts everything on the developers for not completing the unrealistic requirements.

Nothing I would say. The only likeable thing is that you will work on complex project from your initial days. (Complexity is in code, as its written by lot of freshers and unskilled seniors using copy paste from internet)

Dislikes

They fear about new technologies, wasting time on a 10 year old project developed using obsolete stack and still trying to position it and get some clients. No proper planning, no vision. Employees needs to work for 24hrs according to them. CEO can call any senior from the team anytime, without even thinking about their personal life. They themselves doesn't have any confidence on their products and selling them for INR 500 - 1000 a month. Created multiple projects for India and USA but except few everything is archived, as they are not able to sell anything on time. The new person who got involved in sales is also pathetic, he don't have any work ethics. Asks people to make false promises and then puts everything on employees (show that employees are not capable of doing what he promised) in front of CEO. During pandemic they fired most of their employees and now struggling to get their work done and asking same employees to work part time for them. Pay scale is too low as per market standards, like peanuts. Average salary for and employee starts somewhere around 8 - 10K only.
