You can learn lot of things as fresher, work culture is good so friendly nature manegement. PLC,Automation engineer can learn lot of things in this organisation, so much support you can get in training period from the staff.

Salary Is decent but career growth is slow as design engineer but for a automation engineer this place is heaven for them

Very Good company for fresher, learner, job secure, life time working, Friendly management, Employees, Good culture, we are working under Bhaskar shenoy sir Executive director , they work, think like Albert Einstein, good decision maker, Excellent Leaderships skills, they work one man Army in all cross functional department, we learnt lots things from them, today we are in good position, because of there knowledge, etc

Financially & Professional ally Growth is less, Rest everything is Excellent, Good working atmosphere, Good healthy relationship with Management, all Employees etc

Good place for beginners to learn about Industrial Automation using Rockwell products.

Dislikes

There is no proper way to handle or manage the work environment. Few people are more interested in creating arguments. I didn't find any kind of proper teamwork.
