Due to its 24yr old legacy, the company boasts of an impressive client base that spans across industries. If you are a new comer in digital marketing, then this is the place for you, as you will get to work with MNC clients very early on which will be challenging as well as rewarding. Hence, if you have the capabilities and demostrate a willingness to groom yourself, you will quickly ride up the corporate ladder.

IKF is for people who value experience and lifelong learning over their paycheck. As there is an opportunity for individual growth with the company's growth as well. The work culture here is fluid and easy to adapt in.

Dislikes

I would say that the interview wait time was long for me. (as in exceeded 2hrs beyond my set time of meeting) That should change. The workplace right now can scale up in the social media department with good resources.

Work culture in this organization is very good and you get many more things to explore once you join this organization. Nothing is perfect so to know more you need to dive in the environment.
