Management people are unprofessional without any knowledge they seated at directors post specially Mohammad and Adil they don't have knowledge and value of talent they are just playing with anyone career so please don't joined all people are Muslim if you are. Muslim they will treat you good but if not they will hire you and then kick you from company without any clarification and any reason

Likes

exceptional workplace with a strong employee bond and mutual respect. the provision for namaz also the same for other religion. A dedicated food convenience for staff and this is only few reason to stick with this company.

Dislikes

the lack of coordination among team members, couple with a toxic work environment, makes this company a challenging place to thrive. reporting issues from junior to senior levels is met with abuse, including personal attacks on family. the invasive surveillance, such as HDMI connections and constant camera monitoring, create a stressful atmosphere. forced Sunday work and the threat of termination for minor mistake further add to pressure. the approval department, especially with individual like DM bhai and Stephen, seems particularly problematic, and same HR Arif and PA shadab are also danger and job security is virtually nonexistent, with abrupt firings being a constant conrcern.
