...lients' audits until one day they started discriminating against boys and girls. They started holding the salary of girls without giving any reasons to them. They deduct your salary and hold your salary without intimating you and when you resign they will show their true colour. They will mentally torture you. Your manager will want you to work even if you are not well. They are not worth your time and dedication. I remember an incident when a girl gets fainted because of the work pressure she had. No one is going to support you but you are lucky if you're handling the client site. There is strict timing of lunch. The work culture is dead there. Everyone will sit even if there is no work. No one is allowed to leave the workstation. There is no tea break. They will deduct your salary if you come late by 1 minute but they will not pay you extra money if you work on holidays, Sundays, over time. They don't care about employees. They lie when they hire people. Don't join, you are going to regret.

Actually there is no any reason to dislike this company but I need to something new workplace and work & want to learn more for grow up my career.
