The organisation gives lot of opportunity for learning your core and non-core area. there is opportunity to work on good projects which helps to our growth. They gave technical guidance which helps to us in become technically strong. Learn drafting and creation of piping documents such as flow diagram, P&ID. We can learn extraordinary things and develop our skills in this workplace. I got opportunity to supervision piping fabrication and equipment installation in fabrication shop. Later I was sent overseas to supervise installation at customer site. This gone me an excellent exposure to overseas working.

Every Company has its own strength and weaknesses. Negative feedback is always welcome because it helps us overcome our shortcomings and grow. We have been intensely trained on this by the company. Another thing that is equally important is not to sit silent against fraudulent reviews with false allegations of physical abuse, blackmail, targeting mentors with baseless remarks and terrible personal attacks on someone's family. This platform is being misused by people for taking out their frustration. These are the ones who have themselves crossed the lines and are continuing to do so. I think they are the cowards who got caught and are now hiding behind these lies. Anyone like that should never even think about applying to this company as they don't have the ability to understand what this company is all about. Its important to state the actual facts about the company: 1. Entrepreneurial skill development 2. Flat/non-hierarchical organization. 3. Transparent feedback (two-way) - This is sometimes totally misunderstood. All i can say is if you cannot value this, stay out of here. 4. Ability to understand employee's personal situation and provide flexibility accordingly. 5. Do not disturb policy when someone is on leave.
