The company as the worst culture , From the top with the CEO ( Who thinks he is a know-it-all and a complete a**hole) he even many times has been heard muttering bad words about his employees and don't even get me started on the whole HR department one of worst departments i have been associated with , totally unprofessional and will never stand up to their claims even if u join due to some instances never believe what the CEO and HR says

During my time there, I had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, but my main focus was on creating engaging content for the company's blog and social media channels. One of my primary responsibilities was to research and write blog posts related to finance. I spent a lot of time reading industry news and analyzing market trends to ensure that our content was relevant and informative. I also worked closely with our SEO team to optimize our blog posts for search engines, which helped increase our website's traffic and visibility. In addition to creating blog content, I also worked on developing interesting Instagram reels for the company's social media channels. I collaborated with our creative team to come up with concepts for these videos and then used my marketing skills to ensure that they reached our target audience. Through analytics tracking, we were able to see that our Instagram reels were highly engaging and helped increase our social media following. Overall, my internship at ICap was a valuable learning experience. I had the opportunity to apply my marketing and relationship management skills in a professional setting, and I gained a deeper understanding of the finance industry.
