Especially in Paint Shop I have to company is good really because of people who are in paintshop is not good thier way of culture So many things to says it's not a company culture because of people school culture company not respect to human always in Hyundai saying safety first but no safety measure taken without resources expecting Output Before come to this company pls ask JOB Description clearly because they took as a white collar job but assign to work in line physical if we asked they said company policy Manager in department they think like prime minister like that attitude they showing to executives respect you not possible to get Work life balance is really like working in thikar jail in single week we have come 3 shift rotational, no Diwali & Pongal are any holiday you have to come to Paint Shop even in chennai flood time also they forced to come company

Company is good good welfare and salary we have freedom to do our job and freedom to take initiative

We don't have clear career path and not clea drection from our leader and if any problem arises no leaders will support for the subordinate

...development and modern sale abd service practice but today Hyundai has all this. so Hyundai is provided best compensation and amenities to their employees. New Indian and Korean management always encouraging smart culture where all age groups people can gel quickly.

Some employees social benefits can add more for social security of employees as per Industry benchmark. Some more transparency can improve more. But they is no point to dislike Hyundai.

Rating and salary increments are good. No politics as such in rating.

Dislikes

For field employees, there are huge delays in processing travel claims. So much paper work and high TAT which cause huge cash crunch sometimes. HR is very weak and employees welfare policies are not adhered. Infact, policies are also not in place.
