Great Pay. Well defined job scope. Organization structure well maintained. Facilities and amenities are on par with MNCs including salary revisions.

Dislikes

No authority to individuals. Only execution work to Indian employees. All major decision making, planning, R&D, Procurement strategy, critical company decisions made by Korean expats. Too much unnecessary & repeated paperwork even for minute things. Seniors focusing on responsibility distribution rather than leading the team by example. Promotions are never on time. So much more to dislike.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...growth is there Excellent working environment. New innovation done in product. Handsome salary. Over all environment was good and stisfactory.

Nothing was dislike but it would be better if got opportunity sirectly working for the company.
