Learning is limited.. No timing flexibility, wfh is not allowed. 8 to 5 30 worktime. Once in 4 weeks Saturday working for first half. More bias in appraisel Systems are very outdated.

Job Security, Free transportation, Free food. Good compensation and benefits for a fresher from mechanical background

Poor work life balance. No increment in skill set. Poor career growth. After completing hard engineering, the practical engineering application that one implements here is nil. Experienced people are given more value than the youngsters. Freshers ideas are not considered. Working on Sundays and all national and festival holidays are common here. Effective amount of time spent with family becomes very very less

Very good place to work. Welfare to employees are excellent. Decent salary hike every year and bonus.

Taking long time for decision making related to holiday during Natural Climatic Pandemic, Cyclone, Flood and Others

...en the trend for 5 years now. Salary/ appraisals follow the same road as growth. Travel: You'd be sent to the headquarters on a business visa, but neither the pay nor the work is treated that way. Work environment: Extreme discipline- actually works other way around to improve productivity. Employees are to be seated at 7.55am(official work timings begin at 8.00am) and are left at 5.40pm(official time: 5.30).. Contd..

With the amount and quality of work that the company gets done by the employee, neither the pay, nor the growth could be compared. Work with the company for 3 years and there you are as a D*mb*ss with a narrowed down thinking. Both the middle management and upper management is worst in terms of Employee satisfaction. ITS A 50 HOUR WEEK OFFICIALLY, and goes up exponentially-unofficially. No flexi timings. No work from home. No weekends off. No propotionate Incentives. No job satisfaction. NO transparency what so ever. Only bheja fry.
