Obviously I'm exhausted about worker training, because you can learn only one section at your training period,I completed 1 year apprenticeship,if I get a chance to work here again definitely I will resign my current job

Compensation is a definite plus, almost over the industry standard always. Additionally, the organization is very lively with different engaging activities happening all round the year. There is ain't any shift system over here, with the work hours being from 8AM to 530PM and hence the work life balance is a definite plus.

Dislikes

Team leads are those who haven't delivered a project ever but direct how the project should go on. With this being an OEM, career progression is very slow, with the development being more horizontally than being vertically.
