Work load was limited to working hours and no concept of overtime.

Dislikes

Same work for years, no learning on personal basis and salary is as low as next to nothing. The culture being set by some "Indian staff heads" is just unacceptable and destructively competitive. Won't recommend for working long years but good for initial couple of years.

Team specific: - No work life balance - work in quite promotion - no learning and no time to learn by yourself as always will have overload - forced extended work and weekend work - No ontime revised salary letter, mostly after min 7 months they will give revised letter so you are already trapped and can not resign. - No WFH, only on paper - FA rating will never get based on work and talent, only favourite and boot licker will have good rating - Full politics - For name sake working days are Mon - Fri but most of time overnight extended and weekend working
