1) Trendous work pressure 2) No support from seniors in work 3) No support from seniors and management in providing staffs 4) Creating unwanted and unnecessary issues in work by seniors 5) Treated as negative by seniors even after whole day of hard work 6) Rating negative KPI by seniors even after hard work under pressure for whole year

...n . And u have to implement., Koreans will ask only for results in numbers.... No proper appraisal , Salary Hike Company/ HR policies not supporting staff. Management is not transparent. HOD's are hired to just nod their heads, they can't speak up or their mouths have been shut by Koreans.

I worked over there almost 2 years , Had a great time over there , manager ,teammates,hr are nice CTC is average Be assusred extra benefits are something you will really appericated This company will help you to grow personally as well Processionally

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow

Salary increment is good but pressure is very much if you got HOD who don’t have proper management understanding

Autocratic Korean management . Spineless HR and Indian management. Koreans are shouting like road fighting from there cabin No Posh committee. Receptionist beat Trade manager in office with sandal and went away.No one dared to question the trade manager .Not even HR HEAD who was present there.They targetted Receptionist.
