Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Job Security is good and salary will be paid on time, paid even in Covid pandemic, No toxic work culture, coworkers are friendly.

Dislikes

No good or satisfactory staff welfare activities, Slow career growth, Slow/No salary increments, Not advisable for long run.

Hyundai Engineering Chennai Private Limited is Good company. All are friendly in Nature.

Process Engineering department is worst. HOD is Good person with high knowledge. Two lead Engineers are too worst. They wrongly guide the team. They always balckmail the team members. They didn't have any basic technical knowledge. Too worst to work with them.
