There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Job Security is good and salary will be paid on time, paid even in Covid pandemic, No toxic work culture, coworkers are friendly.

Dislikes

No good or satisfactory staff welfare activities, Slow career growth, Slow/No salary increments, Not advisable for long run.

Excellent experience in construction work. Accommodation, play ground, gym, delicious Marshall, friendly environment in office and site. And after all very very good behaviours of seniors.
