Having grat experience working with Hyundai dealership, and proud to be a part of such Successfull organisation,had good time with teammates,Working with sales always my passion and I live to handle challenges, like handling customer objections, handling sales team, had many learning with company, joined as team leader, promoted as a Asst, sales manager.

Dislikes

Organisation was good, found communication gap on management, expectation was so high which was not meeting with market trend,working for long duration in day or on the weekly offs but management should have note on those points.. If we are putting our 100% we also expecting same outputs. Found favoritism.
