Worst company I have ever worked with.

Dislikes

Though it is a marketing agency they expect you to magically renew the client's bad profile into great one. The management is worse. They make rules according to their convenience. There's no job security. And when you leave the company ut will tske ages to get FnF as they have different time frames for different employees.

Employees leave all the time. Salary payment is not consistent. Zero company culture and team building. The founder and manager are both EXTREMELY exploitative and rude in behaviour. Seen them cheat clients as well as create unnecessary employee conflicts. Morning calls don't start with even a "Good morning"! Supply employees with random last-minute work while it affects their productivity when they are already dealing with a pile because these people do not want to do fair hiring. As long as they are paying internship stipend for full-time level work, they are happy. Zero pride in performance, or quality standards, just know how to shout at team if a client is pressurizing them for low-grade work when they are the ones encouraging low-effort, mass-produced content, etc. Because they know they are onboarding clients without spending enough on team and resources. And not taking team's bandwidth into account. They are always looking for a scapegoat in every situation that could have been easily avoided if they listened to their employees. Conversations are full of blame, pressure, hostility and ultimatums instead of solutions and growth. Also, DAY STARTS AT 9 am BUT ENDS WHENEVER THEY WANT -8, 9, 10 pm, DOESN'T MATTER. Worst experience.

I truly admire how the manager and head of the company take a stand and create work-life balance boundaries, how they help you at every step, and how they guide you by taking that extra effort. The company appreciates your work, and you get to learn so many things every day. One personal experience I would like to share was when I was having trouble understanding one brand, and instead of humiliating or making me feel down, our head stepped in and guided me through it. That thing stayed with me. Overall, the work is good, it's an agency, and of course, you get the workload, some days even more, but it kind of works out with everyone's support. The people in the team are also nice and kind. They understand, they guide, and they support.

Not disliking anything as such, as long as you complete and give your work on time, there are no escalations.
