SCM department is very well advanced ,SCM manager Mr. Dhananjay sir is very supportive .

Dislikes

1. They have lots of hidden policies which are open at the time of problems . 2. Monthly bonus deducted from your CTC which have lots of terms & conditions . You have to sacrifice 1 year bonus at the time of leaving& it's mandatory. 3. Unstable employees & most employees are fresher's. 4. Lots of works load & pressure .

Plenty of learning opportunities. Platform for developing multitasking abilities. Cross functional activities and effective communication and understanding.

Initially it may take time to fit in. Once the process is clear, work becomes amazing. This can easily be achieved with openness to learning.

Company culture is so good and very well maintained by HR team.. I am a ex employee of hypro but now also I miss the hypro engineers culture.

Dislikes

1) SCM manager shuffles new employees like a playing card from their role. 2) Except SCM manager all departments are supportive and technically strong and cooperative. 3) No any job satisfaction when you work under SCM manager, he is not from technical background & he knows it and coz of this he mentally disturb his employees and after a year good employees leave this organization.

All most all staff new & they shuffle staff like playing cards. Company strategy is not employment friendly

Many things. As mentioned above company is not employment friendly. Staff keeps on changing & management not bother to do self introspection.
