Politics, favouritesm, toxic work culture , threating to put in PIP without any reason of they don't like you now value of work. Lac of process & decoram frequently management getting changed, everyone has own process।

There is no attendance or punch in punch out system, flexibility of work, 5 days a week, good infrastructure. Zero notice period and zero probation period.

They can fire you anytime without any prior notice, notice period or compensation.

Torture you. Because of old gangs there. Manager don’t rectify and shout at u even for small things. You will defiantly put tears that why did I join. No job security , they can through over the call and tell don’t come to office. Basic sense on how to treat people is vanished here. Try for other companies

No work life balance, more proper leadership team , No use of Hr after onboarding process and employee wellbeing and policies are not considered
