I will suggest join other company if you wanted to work really and grow in life and her you will be working like bpo caller center only.No growth at all in this company.Only husband and wife running company and rishi as a manager do not know anything only knows to give lecture. Please do not join this company it my best suggest that work with other confirms.there is no work culture ,no managment ,and no job security.no increment for employees work like slave for them and there will never notice your work only.terrible company to work with and nothing knowledge will be gain leaving there software knowledge which for no use after leaving this company. My suggestion to all job seeker please do not join this company as i have work almost to 2year and came to know only deepa and rishi do there meeting and implement any thing on employee to follow and no management only 20people only working in this Company and out of which 8people only in support staff and 8sales person are include to support without any idea. Worst company i have ever seen which spoil carrier of employees. Only manoj sir is helping person in this company and i would tell if manoj sir will leave this conpany have to shutdown there conpany so much depended on him.

Very very bad company to work with which will spoil your carrier if you join this company and will come to know after 2months only.no insurance for employee and no increment and work like slave for then.rishi is worst case of this company ,only knows to give lecture to employee and implement any thing .only deepa running this company with 5product team person and 8support person and 8sales person only. Who ever wanted to spoil there carrier can join. When you ask anything to rishi will say will let you know and no reply after that for it. Any one wanted to do timepass in bpo type can join this company otherwise please do not join it.
