There is no any option for dislike but salary is not good as per seniority and work experience years.

I would say that my experience working here is very good. Here you will learn many new things and it will change your perspective of gardening. The working environment here is very nice and friendly. Management is also good. Overall everything is very nice

So everything here is very good, you will like everything here. But if the dislike turns out to be the case, you can only be disappointed here in your salary or your salary increase.

... is little bit transparent but rely on Korean management. Canteen is satisfying. Company policies are quite satisfying, salary hike not fair but by doing overtime you can earn good money they don't give bonus because this company just started but if company performance well you get extra salary. You can get Chance to travel abroad for training and to set plant in other countries. I also got chance to work at Vietnam, china and turkey

There is lot of problems with shift schedule because it's a process plant. Salary is decent but you can earn money by doing overtime.

It's very excellent job. It's all over show this in our company that's like policies ,work culture event , management it's better

I have more chance in other company that's like posting more package and bright future so change.

1. Lack of management 2. No incentive or bonus 3. No increments till date 4. No career growth opportunity 5. Differentiation between Indian and Foreign Staff 6. Senior staff members lack knowledge 7. Lack of job security 8. Work culture is terrible
