There's nothing much to say good about the company in my point of view of course is everyone's thoughts the same. Good work environment. Teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

There is a lot of policys and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is also not decent as well as career growth is also Slow. There is no on job training. They straight away take you into shop floor irrespective of your degree of study. We only need to learn if we need to know about the work.

1. No medi claim insurance available for Employees and family 2. 8.20 am to 6.00 pm working hours, one minute late half day LOP, weekly six days working, but need to work upto 8 pm and Sunday also, No permission allowed. 3. If employee working extra hours company will not provide drop vehicle to even main road. 4. Working culture is very bad, the Korean Scolding Indians with bad words like ama esakia. 5. No PC and office table available for all managers, two PC for six people. 6. Increment and promotion not applicable, 7. My request is be aware ,if any one joining in this company they are destroying their carrier.

Hyoseong is Korean culture company.. Lot of thinks learinh from HS related to DC motors. Good knowledge gaining flotform comapany. If you are 3 yrs experience means suitable

Work pressure is too much & some issues form co-workers it is good for tamilnadiu people little bit tough for ap & ts. Other state people
