There's nothing much to say good about the company in my point of view of course is everyone's thoughts the same. Good work environment. Teammates are supportive.

There is a lot of policys and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is also not decent as well as career growth is also Slow. There is no on job training. They straight away take you into shop floor irrespective of your degree of study. We only need to learn if we need to know about the work.

Hyoseong is Korean culture company.. Lot of thinks learinh from HS related to DC motors. Good knowledge gaining flotform comapany. If you are 3 yrs experience means suitable

it is a good company for fresher becoz you have to do multiple role once u get responsibility. Some of matured staffs obviously they help us friendly. strictly follow 3c 5s.

Worst management culture and behavior no incentives and allowance for GET but work pressure is overloaded No proper training is arranged. learn if u want some of the senior staffs they have been working from beginning, they don't do any work, play arrogant behavior, gives only jaldra to management.
