My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. If u are to survive in this company you have to achieve Target by any means. This company has very heavy pressure of sales number. Managers are co operative but the target is everything . Allowance are very low. A part of salary goes in allowance.

Company and CEO objective is very clear to grow Company with growth of employees. By providing good pay and incentives.

Internal politics is very huge. There is no ethics no respect/value of their own verbal commitment support, senior management will deny clearly on time of clarification needed, can eat you to save themselves. Only written matters.

I don't dislike anything other than the salary of those employees who worked for a long time is not increased as less experience employee get a higher salary than them. I hope they will consider this in future.
