They let me independent,work wise all superior trust my work... Lots a challenging work I’m done there,coordination,communication,cooperation is there always.

Dislikes

I’m worked more than 8 years,my no one help my self to get me next level,Bonus wise salary wise I’m not happy with that because I never get bonus in that 8 years period. even never give me long years appreciation also,I’m very sad to be that.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact I am a part of team that makets reliable, high - quality products and has glabal client base .I also like the employee re- hire policy.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high . Sometimes , I have to work 12-24 hours because of the remaining days very short and we have to handover the project to the government as per our agreement. Also no on- job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide themstep- by step which is a pain sometimes.

This is basically Singapore based reputed company wanted to establish their office in India so they recruited best highly experienced people from industries so we expected best career growth and work satisfaction but that was total failure.

Dislikes

Highly experienced, knowledgeable people joined from different companies but some of them not properly communicated with head office, secured their position by created problem colleagues
