Atmosphere of the school

Dislikes

Right from management to staff. Too much attitude and rude behaviour. They constantly monitor each and everyone like a prisoner. Staff are nothing but bonded labour. They remove you anytime as per their will. Very very toxic culture.

Nothing. There is a value for trees, gardens and buildings but no Value for employees

Dislikes

Teammates are good but dean hidayatullah is dangerous. There is a dean hudayatullah he doesn't know anything about management and he is fooling everyone including chairman babukhan sir with his diplomatic words. The vision of chairman sir HIE as an IIT institute will never be fulfilled with hidayatullah. The work pressure is high , I had to work from morning 8am to night 11pm. You have to work on Sundays and national holidays also. There is no recognition for sincere worker but for one who is working from Long time without tangible output.
