Job security is good. They wont remove you but you wil fed up and leave anyway.

...out public transport during lockdown were forced to come to office by any means. These people who still could not come to office but worked from home still their salary was 100% cut without prior notice. All leaves were cut without intimation. Laptops not provided to employees at home. People using own laptop. No motivation. No salary hike. Very low salary compare to other company

1. Work Culture 2. Too many report submission some irrelevant report 3. Too many approval require for any work and because of it customer suffer and delay in work

Manager can get you good hikes but they will not let you good hikes Management politics Internal culture is not so good Old employee take advantage and they will never leave company Hydac has a very good potential for its employees and itself to get growth but management has thier own world and thier own belief and politics

Kolkata office Mr. Debasish Chakraborty is a worst person and always gives a slangs to junior and Ms Kakali working as Sales Cordinator She plays a game with everyone as both are relative If this two person are there in Hydac Kolkata the business gradually go down and no one will stay wd them. Anyone joining in Hydac Kolkata plz think trice before joining bcoz u will suffer a lot in future.

Hydac has started work from home from 16 march 2020, as lockdown in India started feom 23rd march, and paying in advance to employee so that they can use that in crucial cases. also during work from home, conducting a lot of training sessions and all.. So Hydac is taking all preventive measures.

it is good in culture
