...iness or operation calls. Team is passionate but there is no growth or learning. With regards to Salary packages, team get paid extremely low compare to market. As hyatt needs to give more profit to owners. As I mentioned they have got panicked due to Marriott and Starwood.

As I mentioned. It’s extreme level of politics and biaseness. Only those people grow who are close to particular higher management in dif ways. Performance doesnt matter.

Overall the cultural diversity and the learning that you'll get is amazing.

Salary too low in accordance with high inflation in 2023. No work life balance as such, you have to work 12-13 hours everyday no matter what. No employee related activities or events. Staff shortage and high pressure working environment.

Very bad experience in Hyatt regency gurgaon they never give salary kn time FOM mr. Amol has no respect he has very attitude no manner sorry to say.

Salary not on time less of employees work pressure working hrs too much more than 12 hrs i had very bad experience i did not get my upsell money.

If I'm talking about teammates all are very good , security purpose little bit low as per expectation salary I can manage with it and I learn here so much

As a work place Hyatt has not given me a good experience due date.But the career growth plan is good.If you're a 2 years experienced employee and you have a good appretietion name fromclient then you can easily get promotion.

The growth is in the company is quite slow.Promotion of salary structure is also very bad.The work pressure is also very high daily 13 to 14 hours is the generally work you have to do.You will get 4 to 5 off in a month instead of 8 off's,which is declared by Hr.Lots off partiality you will faced during work period.No accommodation and late night drops are provided by the company.Resources of items are very limited in the hotel.In this property no teamwork has not found.
