... .* favouritism is really big issue. * you will never get paid well in hotels. * long working hours without any extra pay. Management expect you to work for 12 hours as it is normal working hours of company.

...iness or operation calls. Team is passionate but there is no growth or learning. With regards to Salary packages, team get paid extremely low compare to market. As hyatt needs to give more profit to owners. As I mentioned they have got panicked due to Marriott and Starwood.

As I mentioned. It’s extreme level of politics and biaseness. Only those people grow who are close to particular higher management in dif ways. Performance doesnt matter.

Hyatt as a brand is really a good brand to work with but park hyatt is not following the company policies

No staff caring , no hike in salary no promotions, Hr team is really rude it is actually dictatorship, rally it is compelled to work with

Compensation was poor, no groth opportunities. Work pressure was too high, sometimes, I have to work 18-20 hours straight in a day. Managers do not value your efforts and strengths. No trainings nothing will be provided to you. Please never ever join Hyatt Regency Chennai at all.

Hyatt employee policy, Team members. Otherwise I won't recommend for those who are looking for money, promotion etc. Once you get confirmation, then there is job security.

No salary , no promotion, fake promises etc. No work culture and ethics. No skill development.
