... secure job. However if you’re progressive, not to worry about job security. Pay isn’t great. A typical firm which obviously tried to lower its employee benefits. Company policies are not bad. Good choice for freshers who wanna learn initially.

Improper/inadequate pay compared to input and effort you put it. Career growth is not soo competitive. Regular assignments and not much space to explore.
