...in this company no work life balance in this company always pressure situation . They promise me to give joining bonus after 3 month didn't get any even I got star of the performer for two months when they are in need to complete project then only they require after that switch my technology project instantly

...here.. Freshers please don't join here, they will make your career unsuccessful. Salary is not good 10k only.. Non IT companies giving more than this... Overall don't waste your career and time here. Totally waste

There is no job security. They hire through a third party (In10 Media) for a client, and the client may release you within a week, two months, or six months. After the client lays you off, they will ask you to learn new frontend and backend technologies. Then, suddenly, HR will inform you that Hurix Digital does not have any projects and that you do not fit into any new technology. Eventually, they will ask you to resign

No work-life balance, no appreciation, very var culture, HR are just as statues. Managers don't know how to handle critical situations. They make you work on Sundays. You are not allowed to rest for even a moment.
