I joined this organization Feb 2020 as an HR Recruiter to continue working in this company, it's going to complete in 3 years. I got a promotion & salary hike also, It's a wonderful place to do the work for Fresher graduate candidates as an HR Recruiter.

The Recruitment HR is good.

Though the starting HR are good but the from the final interview the hr was horrible they don't need good educated person they always says that " Rejected, not because you were not suitable. Because you are overly educated " , what the hell is this means very bad experience. If they want to take the students from the 12th pass then why can't they give clear instructions before the recruitment process. It was horrible and very very bad they can't understand the candidate problems and how far they come to give the interview . At last I used to say for upcoming freshers please know everything about the role and requirements otherwise you waste your valuable time and money so do it by your own risk .

Awful managers uneducated, somehow got opportunity to work for this hopeless startup company had no chance work elsewhere but throws attitude to poor trainees as if they are the most important but truth is they have no value or worth whatsoever.No growth or opportunities. Management is worst. owner is a hypocrite .Don't work if you want to succeed

Awful environment, worst work culture, managers are illiterate who thinks they are bigshot, owner is a hypocrite doesn't deliver what he promises,less opportunities to grow,not good for your career and future,don't join unless you have no other options or nowhere else to join
