It was very hopeless management. MD and his team was doing fraud and got arrested for fraud. German people are good to work with from Huf but not Indian management.

One must be aware of changing management policies as Management is not transparent about it. Career growth financially is limited. One must not hesitate to ask for better offer or else cry during next appraisal. Work is not appreciated in monetary terms.
