Work culture very bad In any case employees suffer with their deduction in salary and experience letter.

...ey treat recruiters as they are not their employees they are their servant ... Every time they giving warning to deduct salary they don't appreciate any hard or smart work if a person show any month their down performance due to any reason they won't consider they start scolding n warn for salary deduction Over all worst experience.

One of the worst company I ever worked, this people don't have etticates how to talk with the colleagues, their management team are not talking about the anything, they are simply money minded person if the fault is from client side, they will be treated as our fault. Because of that reason lot of the people are joining the company and leaving the company because of there behaviours and work culture.

Dislikes

I never suggest anyone to join you Hucon solution, I just name the person whose way of talking is like something like mental, you don't understand about the anything you don't know the ethics of work. Whatever the situation because of the recession the clients are not responding for that reason we are the only perishable person and everyday he was sorting like anything he was not asking any single questions to the clients

No PF, No ESI, No proper Incentives, until you beg they'll not give you incentives, so it's waste being a top performer. Team Leader politics in between recruiters need to survive.

I joined Hucon solutions Jan 2020 ,it is the best place oflearning and increasing your skills.All the team members of Hucon Solutions is supportive, friendly nature. Due to Covid -19 so many consultancy company get closed but Hucon is the only one who always support there employees during the time of pandemic, they give us chance to do work from home supporting us by providing internet facility and all aspects. I am happy to work on Hucon Solutions.

Nothing to dislike, But I will say one thing at the time of work we have to follow discipline, so i feel sometime bore.

Hucon solutions is a best place to work. Office culture is awesome. Though i am not working there now but I'm not getting this kind of office culture, director, team lead till now at any company.. Everything is perfect there. No work pressure, no tension nothing... Missing u all Hucon team....
